WHAT’S THE LATEST?

I recently crossed paths with an ex-boyfriend from college. It was a shocking moment since I wasn’t his friend on social media and hadn’t seen him in almost a decade. The very simple question of “How have you been?” caused me to freeze like a deer in the headlights.

How do you sum up the whirlwind of life’s craziness in just a few sentences?

At that moment, I mustered a snapshot version of what was going on.

  • My husband, Steve, recently passed away.
  • I’m now traveling in my Sprinter van with the dogs and playing 100 new golf courses in honor of Steve.
  • I keep my sh*t together through meditation, writing, and diving into completely new experiences.

The good news is that I found way more clarity and stability since that encounter six months ago. And, I have exciting updates to share with you now.

HERE’S THE SCOOP

(1) Swagtail is now based out of California

Yes, I made the move to sell everything in Florida and move out west. While having spent almost 14 years near the crystal blue waters off Sarasota’s shore, I spent almost two decades calling Northern California home. Now I’m here in the Sierra Nevada mountains and loving it! I’m eager to see how this expansive, beautiful, and grounded place influences the tools I share with you here at Swagtail.

(2) The book, Miracle on the Mountainside, is now finished!

This book is fast and compelling. It’s heart-warming and brutally honest. My bet is you’ll laugh, cry, and see your own life through an entirely new lens after reading through Steve’s experience. I know I sure did as I wrote it! You can listen to the first chapter here or get your own print or audio copy here.

(4) You can now join me for monthly workshops

For the past four years, my understanding of kinesiology, yoga, neuroscience, and deliberate creation has skyrocketed. It gave me steadiness in the unknown. It provided courage in uncertain times. Mostly, it lit a fire to share the tools I used to survive—and thrive—throughout it all.

It’s called the Brilliant Becoming Program.
