The heart is the largest source of bio-electricity in the body and it creates an electromagnetic field around the body. The size of this field changes based on your emotional state. Basically, your mood is encoded in the heart’s magnetic field.... which is how you can Gauge the vibe of someone else without them saying a word. Don’t you just love that feeling of sinking your feet into warm, soft sand? The feet are full of sensory receptors that transmit information to your brain and body, and yoga is one of the best tools to enhance the quality of information you absorb with them.
