WHAT’S THE LATEST?

I’m so glad you’re here and I appreciate you asking this pointed question.

In this phase of life, I’m recalibrating after Steve’s transition in November of 2023. He was my husband of 13 years, my soulmate, and my most creative collaborator. When Steve became ill in 2021, our priorities changed. We simplified our daily schedule. We focused on love. We planned, in whatever way we could, for my future without him.

That future involved writing more books.

So we recorded conversations each morning to bring our best ideas forward. These in-depth discussions revolved around spirituality, clear communication, best relationship practices, grace in the dying process, and finding peace amidst suffering.

Steve was also a phenomenal storyteller.

He wove in wild tales, many of them true, to illustrate these concepts. His motorcycle crash at age 40 is perhaps the best of those stories. A near death experience, a miracle rescue, 28 reconstructive surgeries, and a 6-year plan to walk again was just the beginning of his total transformation.

He narrated those experiences to me many of those mornings between sips of piping hot coffee.

So Steve’s memoir is first on the list to share with you.

I’ll be finishing the manuscript while on an evolutionary journey of my own. It’s my Great Golf Adventure and I’ll be playing 100 new golf courses this year. It’s a tribute to Steve getting me in the game. It’s also a way to soften the sadness of life without him and a creative way to carve out a fresh trajectory of my own.
