In meditation, it’s closing the eyes and becoming more aware of the moment—whether that’s tuning to the space between your thoughts, a sensation on the skin, or the pulse of your heartbeat. Basically, your mood is encoded in the heart’s magnetic field.... which is how you can Gauge the vibe of someone else without them saying a word.
