Basically, your mood is encoded in the heart’s magnetic field.... which is how you can Gauge the vibe of someone else without them saying a word. The feet are full of sensory receptors that transmit information to your brain and body, and yoga is one of the best tools to enhance the quality of information you absorb with them.
